Penza Regional Clinical Children Hospital named after N.F. Filatov is a large medical institution having 141 doctors and 422 paramedical specialists employed. We render all types of medical aid to the residents of Penza city and the region. The hospital in a leading center of Volga region in rendering medical aid to children.

For its history, the Medical Institute has prepared 2927 specialists, 558 interns and 514 clinical residents.

In the Simulation Center of the Medical Institute students and residents master practical skills in rendering medical aid, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, aid at injuries, obstetric and gynecological aid.

For several years the Medical Institute has been successfully solving the problem of medical staffing. The university’s graduates hold managerial posts at leading medical institutions.
