The Medical Institute of Penza State University (hereinafter - the Medical Institute) solves an important objective of training high-qualified personnel that is the foundation of healthcare development in Penza region. International research projects, multiple author grants, the developed university’s clinical base and the implementation of priority projects have won the Medical Institute the deserved respect.
In 2019, 57 residency and undergraduate program graduates of the Medical Institute have been employed at the medical organizations of Penza region. With time, successful graduates take managerial posts at leading medical institutions of Penza.
Senior students of the Medical Institute conclude destination contracts to study at residency programs with the Ministry of Healthcare of Penza region in order to get specialized employment at medical organizations. The education of over 100 students is being covered by the budget of Penza region stipulating their subsequent employment at the medical organizations of Penza region.
The Medical Institute’s staff imposes high standards on the competence and professionalism of the graduates on the one hand, and on their moral qualities, social tolerance, and communicative ability on the other.
Young specialists – graduates of the Medical Institute – excellently complete the tasks given, master the required professional skills, use all their knowledge and experience, demonstrate discipline, orderliness, and culture at work, value the honor of the team, act with dignity at work and in their free time, take active part in the team’s social life.
We have created an efficient mechanism of cooperation in the field of personnel policy in the healthcare system and ensuring high-qualified staffing of the sector as well as developed the most effective ways of interacting in the questions of the Medical Institute’s graduates employment.
The graduates quickly integrate into the workflow, actively participate in the activities and development of medical institutions. Based on the high-level university training, they successfully adapt to the requirements of organizations and positions they take and develop professionally.
The potential of young specialists deserves a high grade regarding the staff reserve formation and career development.
The Medical Institute has trained a constellation of talented specialists in the field of healthcare. The graduates of the Medical Institute of PSU are on guard of public health of Sura land performing their duties in each medical institution.
