1999-defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of medical Sciences "Clinic and some therapeutic aspects of psychovegetative form of alcoholic dysontogenetic encephalopathy".

2006-defended his thesis for the degree of doctor of medical Sciences " Clinic of alcoholism in men with hereditary burden (age aspects)".
