Biography:

Born 04.03.1957, Novosibirsk. In 1974 he graduated from the Ussuri Suvorov Military School. In 1979, he graduated from the Penza Artillery Military School with a degree in "Military Engineer - technologist". From 1979 to 2002, he served in officer positions of the Ministry of Defense of the USSR and the Russian Federation. Since 2002 I have beebasic and applied researchn working in pedagogical positions at PSU. Since 02.02.2023, the Chief researcher of the Scientific Research Institute of Physics and Mathematics of PSU.
