1987-1992 – psychiatrist at the Penza regional psychiatric hospital

1992-2007 – military service in the medical Department of the Federal  penitentiary service in the Penza region as chief psychiatrist, Deputy  head of the medical Department.

2003 – Candidate of Medical Sciences

2018 – Associate Professor

2005 – to the present he is an associative Professor of the Department « Neurology, neurosurgery and psychiatry»  in the course of psychiatry.

Author of 70 scientific and educational publications, including 14 articles in the journals of the Russian Higher Attestation Commission, article indexed in SCOPUS. Co-author of 2 patents.
