Annotation: | The results of the study of the quality indicators of the surface of rolling bearing rings after the operation of fine grinding with an abrasive wheel and polishing with a profile elastic tool of abrasive particles compacted with inertial forces are presented. The advantages of processing with an elastic tool and the effect of processing modes on the roughness of the working surface of the rings, the amount of waviness and cut are shown. Recommendations on the practical application of the new technology are given. Представлены результаты исследования качественных характеристик поверхности вращения колец в сравнении операций тонкого шлифования абразивным кругом и полирования спрофилированным упругим (эластичным) инструментом из абразивных частиц, уплотненных инерционными силами. Показаны преимущества обработки упругим (эластичным) инструментом и влияние режимов обработки на шероховатость рабочей поверхности колец, показатели волнистости и производительность процесса резания. Даны рекомендации практического применения новой технологии. |

Annotation: | This paper proposes a medical information system, including a portable cardioanalyzer combined with an automated workplace of a cardiologist by the use of multi-agent technology. This system allows you to monitor the state of the heart in conditions of free activity of the patient, to identify quickly responding to critical heart conditions. Distinctive features of the proposed portable cardioanalyzer are the ability to determine the critical state of the patient's heart in real time based on patentprotected methods of non-invasive cardiac diagnosis and automatically call the ambulance service for the patient, if such a heart condition is revealed. |

Annotation: | The article considers the task of ensuring the efficiency of synergistic information-measuring and control systems. A structural scheme of synergistic information-measuring and control system based on multi-agent technologies has been developed and a decomposition of goals has been presented. For the heterogeneous group of unmanned aerial vehicles involved in search and rescue operations in the emergency zone, control algorithms based on the use of synergies have been proposed. It is shown that the synergistic effect lies in the joint interaction of diverse unmanned aerial vehicles of a heterogeneous group. Calculations are given and graphs are constructed, that illustrate the operation of a heterogeneous group of unmanned aircraft in normal mode and in the event of failure of one of the unmanned aerial vehicles. It has been proven that the group is able to complete the task due to the synergistic effect. |

Annotation: | В работе рассматриваются методы идентификации электрических схем замещения исследуемого объекта, основанные на анализе фазо-частотных и дифференциальных фазо-частотных характеристик выходного сигнала в широком диапазоне частот, основанные на использовании достаточно широко применяемого программного обеспечения MathCAD. В результате выявляются возможности: установления способа соединения нескольких однотипных электрических звеньев в составе одной электрической цепи; идентификация топологии двухполюсных электрических схем замещения параметрических датчиков различного типа, как отдельно, так и в составе двухполюсных электрических цепей; идентификация схем замещения МДП-структур, описываемых эквивалентными амплитудно-частотными характеристиками. Предлагается методика анализа электрических схем замещения, основанная на исследовании фазовых характеристик в координатах фазо-частотной и дифференциально-частотной зависимостей, названная авторами "фазовыми портретами" схем замещения параметрического объекта исследования, что позволило определять изменения значений элементов схемы замещения. Такой подход перспективен с метрологической точки зрения так как при измерении фазо-частотных параметров в качестве меры можно использовать наиболее стабильный и измеряемый с очень высокой точностью по сравнению с другими аналоговыми величинами параметр – частоту и, следовательно, повысить объективность результата анализа |

Annotation: | When performing addition or subtraction in the floating point format, the sticky bit is used in some rounding modes. To generate the sticky bit, the multiple-input OR gate is required. If addition or subtraction is implemented in FPGA, the sticky bit generation can slow down the work of the adder. This paper proposes the sticky bit generators based on FPGA carry-chains. The proposed generators are intended for those adders which work with normalized numbers of single and double precision (according to IEEE 754 standard). The specific feature of the generators is that they work simultaneously but are not integrated with shifters involved in the alignment of the summands. This paper assesses resource utilization and performance of the proposed sticky bit generators; evaluates the contributions to the sticky bit generation delay of FPGA logic elements and routing resources used in the generators’ circuits. |

Annotation: | The paper contains an analysis of the task of establishing quantitative information reflecting the properties of the observed object. The authors of the article showed that in order to operate, both controls instruments and measuring instruments, it is necessary to form a “Euclidean measure” for the property of the object at the current time. The article describes an independent method for estimating the uncertainty of the state of an object by calculating the entropy of its observed properties. In particular, it is shown that the entropy potential is proportional to the measure of Euclidean space. A description is given of the method for determining the shape of an approximating function for sampling results based on a comparison of the difference between Euclidean measures and measures of the information space formed for entropy potential. |

Annotation: | An efficient control system involves identifying the "unreliable" indicators of product quality and determination their relationship with other indicators of products quality. The main steps of the offered method are: the definition of unbiased estimators of parameters of quality that allows you to define confidence intervals for the mean value; comparison with normative values of indicators obtained the confidence limits and identification of "unreliable" quality indicators. In this example, an "unreliable" indicator of quality products has been identified - indicator of strength of corner joints, and found a linear relationship between the indicator and the indicator of resistance to heat transfer. It was found that in terms of the strength of the corner joints and resistance to heat transfer is necessary to conduct a more thorough monitoring in order to identify and eliminate possible scrap. |
