| Annotation: | Due to the large territorial extent of our country the task of compression and transmission of medical information of different nature occupies one of the key places in providing the population with quality medical care. It should be noted that the algorithms of data compression without quality loss should be executed not only on common desktop computer architectures, but also on various specialized platforms used, for example, in portable medical biopotential recorders. Therefore, the task of developing and researching methods of non-distorting compression of medical data is an urgent scientific and applied task due to the development and improvement of computing technology. To achieve this purpose, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: analysis of existing methods of compression of transmitted data in biotelemetric systems on the example of electrocardio-signal compression; selection of a method of compression of transmitted data in biotelemetric systems on the example of electrocardio-signal compression. For biotelemetric system as a radio-technical and information-measuring system the main indicators are measurement error and reliability of data transmission. The paper presents the structural scheme of the biotelemetric system, it is based on the structure of the developed distributed cardiodiagnostic system and its communication channel, the methods of data compression based on redundancy reduction and wavelet transformation are considered. The capabilities of compression methods were analyzed and the compression ratio was calculated. As a result of this study, it is found that wavelet transform of data is more preferable to standard communication protocol for computer assisted electrocardiography for transmission examination data in biotelemetric systems. |

| Annotation: | The influence of environmental factors on the population life and activities is beyond any question. Technogenic objects change the quality of the environment and influence its state. It is extremely important to take measures on control and minimization of such action with the use of modern technologies. A large number of researchers study this problem and propose their solutions based upon the principles of the program “Digital Economy”. The advantages of these projects include the line of the research targeted at the prevention of possible threats to human life and safety. The disadvantages consist in the fact that the papers consider either normal or emergency situations; besides, there is no an integral indicator used to describe the human state in such designed environment. The authors propose a Concept of human environmental well-being (HEW CONCEPT) allowing for the generation of methods, ways, algorithms and methodologies for timely identification and elimination of hazard parameters and medical aid provision with the application of modern technologies. |

| Annotation: | Currently, there has been growth of the digital economy and the informatization for most social processes. The managing socio-economic systems acquires a new specificity, both in terms of goals and means. Now special importance and prospects are opened up for the application of Big Data, Data Mining and distributed databases. The relevance of this work is to provide information support for the socio-economic management using large amounts of unstructured web-data. The research aim is the formalization of the social environment elements and decision methods of social profiling system. The concepts of social phenomenon, personal and shared social profile are formalized. Conceptual social profile models have been developed to describe the individuals and groups, as well as the complete social environment. The obtained results make it possible to systematize the social environment processes of collecting and analyzing data, providing the possibility of uniting the personal social profiles into groups and carrying out applied researches. |
